HOW DO I MAKE A JOB OFFER TO A STUDENT?

Simply select a student profile from your list of applications on your project post, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Offer Job. The student will then receive a notification that you have made them an offer for the job to be completed, where they can choose to accept or reject the offer.
